DISPOSITION: GREA brokers sale of 508 beds. GREA has brokered the sale of The Vault at Statesboro, a 508-bed complex serving Georgia Southern University. According to GREA, the complex was sold significanly below replacement cost.

DEVELOPMENT: Harbor Bay breaks ground on Ohio project. Harbor Bay Ventures has broken ground on 9th and High, a 13-story, 493-bed student housing project near Ohio State University. Slated to open in summer 2027, the project is designed by DLR Group and constructed by Elford Construction, with management by Coastal Ridge. Harbor Bay CEO Mark J. Bell highlighted the project's sustainability and American-sourced timber.

PEOPLE MOVES: The Dot Group appoints new CFO. The Dot Group has named Justin Robinson as chief financial officer. Based in London, Robinson will oversee global finance, capital allocation, and support international expansion. He previously held CFO and senior adviser roles at Apollo Group Management. CEO Nicholas Porter highlighted Robinson’s two decades of global finance experience across the U.S., Middle East, and Europe.

PEOPLE MOVES: CLS Living promotes new COO. CLS Living has elevated Geary Dancy to chief operating officer. Formerly EVP of operations, Dancy will now oversee day-to-day operations and help advance the Austin-based firm’s strategic goals. President Dan Shoepe praised Dancy’s leadership and strategic vision as key to the company’s continued national growth.
